This page is the intake for a comparable factory quote. It is not a showroom address and not a copy of the compact quote dialog. Write the building problem here; optional budget and supplier preference sit beside the note and are merged only when the form is submitted.

Handling window
Notes are reviewed for specification, quantity, destination and scope before supplier matching. No response-time window is promised. Social profiles are not published for this service.

All three groups stay visible so a buyer can check the note before sending. Supplier preference means premium, mid-range, budget or not yet decided. It is not a grade we have verified, and a budget is not required to ask for quotes.
Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey still need their own words in the requirements box. A single total without that label cannot be compared.
Add the project jurisdiction if you know which code edition the authority uses. If the wind speed, ground snow load or seismic design category is still open, write unknown rather than a guess copied from a brochure. Module dimensions can be a target range. Quantity should say modules or buildings, and the destination should be specific enough for a freight question.
ForgeSpan Sourcing will not treat this form as an order, a permit application or a request for the original brand. It is the place to ask for alternative factory quotations on one written basis. If a drawing set is confidential, describe the performance you need and offer the files only through a channel you control.
Volumetric modules move more finish off the pad and make the crane lift plan the critical day. Panelized construction can pack flatter and leaves more assembly in the weather. A shell price leaves foundation, utilities and installation with the buyer. A turnkey label still needs those same lines marked included or excluded. Pick the path in the note. Do not ask this form to decide the code.
