How to read an option before you click
A volumetric modular building is a room that travels largely complete. Write the shipping module dimensions and the finished module dimensions if a mate line changes the footprint. Ask who closes the roof and floor joint, and whether the crane lift plan is in the quotation or left with the buyer.
A portable project office is often judged by how fast it can move, not by a permanent clear span. Record the headcount, the stair, the skirt or foundation interface, and whether the unit must satisfy a temporary placement or a longer stay. Those facts change the code conversation even when the exterior photo looks simple.
A relocatable classroom module adds occupant load, an accessible route and a calendar. Furniture in a reference photo is not evidence that furniture, ramps or data cabling are inside the factory number. Mark each of those as included, excluded or unknown.
None of the three names is a stock-keeping promise. ForgeSpan Sourcing uses them so a buyer can start a like-for-like question: same use, same quantity, same destination, same scope word. If the real need is a large clear span, a tall eave height or an overhead crane, say that in the note instead of stretching a room module to cover it. Design live load, wind speed and ground snow load belong in the note only when the project team already has them.
Optional budget can be a range in USD, stated per module or for the whole order. A preference for premium, mid-range or budget factories is a search instruction, not a rating.
