ForgeSpan Sourcing terms of service
These terms cover use of the ForgeSpan Sourcing website. They do not create a construction contract, a dealership or a promise that any factory will accept an order.
The service
ForgeSpan Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Visitors may research modular and portable building alternatives and may submit a project note. The website does not sell from stock, does not confirm factory capacity and does not supply the original brand named in a search.
Inquiry options
Names shown as building options are prompts for a conversation. An option is not a warranty of availability, fit, code acceptance or interchangeability with another product. Specifications in a returned quotation control only if the buyer and the supplier adopt them in their own agreement.
Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and scope you submit. You are responsible for engaging architects, engineers and authorities having jurisdiction where the project requires them. Optional budget figures and supplier preferences are your instructions for the search. They are not evidence that a price exists or that a supplier has been graded.
No reliance on website examples
Checklist counts, method descriptions and sample questions are educational. They are not calculations, not design loads for a specific site and not a statement that a standard such as IBC, ASCE 7 or AWS D1.1 has been met.
Submissions
Do not send confidential drawings you are not allowed to share. A submission asks for follow-up. It is not an acceptance of a quote and not an instruction to purchase. We may decline a request that lacks a business purpose or that asks for original-brand goods we do not offer.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, the website is provided as an information and intake tool. Project loss, delay, permitting outcome and supplier performance stay outside any warranty stated on this page. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting means you read the current version. Questions about a live brief should go through the requirements form, with the specification and destination repeated so the thread stays complete.
